Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your current order, then you are eligible to return it back to us following our condition policy. OAKLICLOTHING offers refunds only on full price items. Items that are on sale, we offer a refunded e-credit to use on our online store. 

You have up to 14 days when an order is dispatch to return your order. If you wish to return your order after the 14 days of dispatched then you will not receive a refund from us. We will simply send back the order you sent to us.

Items must be returned to us in the way we sent them out to you. All branded labels and tags must still be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips.

  • We reserve the right to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition. In such a case we will organise to reship the goods back to the given shipping address.
  • You will be refunded based on the cost of the product. (We do not refund your shipping charge).
  • We can't accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons - no exceptions
  • Any faults or quality issues must be logged to customerservice@oakliclothing.com within 10 working days of dispatching your order. Any complaints after this time will not be qualifed.
  • Please note - We do not refund or exchange PayPal payments

Our customer support service will respond to your email within 12 hours from when the email has been sent. Our team will check the information regarding your return and confirm if this can be accepted or rejected. If your order is accepted for a refund or e-credit then will give you more information from this point.
